6.	内容简述： Amending to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No.139 of March 10, 2017 "On Approval of the Technical Regulation on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment" is caused by the necessity of bringing the provisions of Annexes 3 and 4 of the Technical Regulation into conformity with similar provisions of the EU Directive in part of the terms of application of the exceptions to the restrictions specified in para 9 of the Technical Regulation as well as the terms of application of the exceptions to the restrictions specified in para 9 of the Technical Regulation relating to medical devices and devices intended for monitoring and control.
7.	目的和理由：The main objective of the Draft Resolution is to bring the provisions of the Technical Regulation into conformity with the Directive 2011/65/EU by making appropriate amendments to Annexes 3 and 4 to the Technical Regulation regarding the terms of application of the exceptions to the restrictions specified in para 9 of the Technical Regulation as well as the terms of application of the exceptions the restrictions specified in para 9 of the Technical Regulations relating to medical devices and devices intended for monitoring and control.
