The Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu would like to notify that the "Regulations for Issuance of Permit License of Specific Purpose Cosmetics'' as per G/TBT/N/TPKM/344 on 11 December 2018, was promulgated on 28 May 2019 and will come into effect on 1 July 2019.
