美国ITC发布对涉华化油器及包含化油器的产品的337部分终裁

　　2019年3月5日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对化油器及包含化油器的产品（Certain Carburetors and Products Containing SuchCarburetors，案件号337-TA-1123）作出337调查部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2019年2月21日作出的初裁（Order No. 37）不予复审，即基于和解终止对美国Frictionless World, LLC, of Denver, CO的调查。

　　2019年2月13日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2019年1月29日作出的初裁（Order No. 34）不予复审，即基于和解终止对美国 Buffalo Corporation of O’Fallon, MO、美国Target Corporation of Minneapolis, MN的调查。

　　2018年12月4日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布337调查部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2018年11月29日作出的初裁（Order No. 31）不予复审，即基于和解终止对美国FNA Group, Inc., of Pleasant Prairie, WI的调查。

　　2018年11月28日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2018年11月6日作出的初裁（Order No. 29、30）不予复审，即分别基于同意令终止对美国North American Tool Industries of Huntington, IN、美国Amerisun Inc. of Itasca, IL的调查，并分别发布一项同意令。

　　2018年10月2日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2018年9月12日作出的初裁（Order No. 18）不予复审，即基于同意令，终止对中国福建Fujian Hualong Carburetor Co., Ltd., of China的调查。

　　2018年7月17日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定化油器及包含化油器的产品（Certain Carburetors and Products Containing Such Carburetors）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1123）。

　　2018年6月14日，美国Walbro, LLC OF Tucson, Arizona向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号6,394,424、6,439,547、6,533,254、6,540,212、7,070,173），请求美国ITC发布普遍排除令、有限排除令、禁止令。
